We booked this hotel cause breakfast was included, I thought cooked breakfast but no, it was only continental breakfast, had to pay for full English, which I wasn't happy about. other hotel ,it would have been ready,so we had to kill time in town for 2 hours.The young guy on reception gave us an envelope with our check in details ,even though we couldn't check in and told us to choose breakfast for the following morning.
